Frequently Asked Questions

We know you have questions. Here are a few FAQs:

Can I afford treatment?

Most clients find their treatment is covered, either through state Medicaid or private insurance. Our staff will verify insurance benefits.

How is my therapist chosen?

Your therapist is assigned to you based upon their area of expertise and your specific needs so that the best care can be given.

Can I just see a psychiatrist without seeing a therapist?

We work as a team to best meet the needs of our clients.  As such medication management is only available to those clients who are actively engaged in therapy at Children’s Center.
